How We Collect SMS Consent

Wonderlodge LLC collects consent to send SMS messages verbally during outreach calls to property owners. Before any text message is sent, a Wonderlodge team member verbally presents the following disclosure to the recipient:

“I’d like to send you a text message with more information about our property management services. Do you agree to receive SMS messages from Wonderlodge? You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.”

No SMS message is sent until the recipient verbally confirms their agreement. Consent is logged in our customer relationship management system at the time it is collected, prior to any outreach via text message.

What Recipients Can Expect

Recipients who consent to receive SMS messages from Wonderlodge may receive text messages related to our short-term rental property management services, including introductory information, follow-up communications, and scheduling requests. Message frequency varies based on the nature of the conversation.

Opting Out

Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of a STOP reply, the recipient’s number is immediately added to our suppression list and no further SMS messages will be sent. Data & Privacy

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communications are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
