What are your management fees? +
We offer two programs. Full-Service Management is 20% of gross rental revenue. The Partner Program is 13% plus a $100/month operations fee. Both exclude cleaning fees and taxes. No hidden fees, no surprise markups.
What’s the difference between Full-Service and the Partner Program? +
Full-Service is completely hands-off — we handle everything from guest communication to on-site inspections, restocking, and maintenance coordination. The Partner Program covers all digital operations and guest communication while the owner or a local partner handles on-site tasks. Both programs include our full revenue management and marketing stack.
How does Wonderlodge market my property? +
We list your property across Airbnb, VRBO, and our direct booking website. We write SEO-optimized listing copy, run dynamic pricing, and your property benefits from Wonderlodge’s growing brand presence and direct booking infrastructure. We also actively market our properties on Instagram and Pinterest with UGC-style content that showcases the guest experience — and we market to our past guest email list to drive repeat bookings directly to your property.
How does dynamic pricing work? +
We use PriceLabs to adjust your nightly rates daily based on market demand, local events, seasonality, and competitor pricing. But dynamic pricing isn’t something we set and forget. We actively monitor your property’s performance — adjusting minimum stays, closing gap nights, responding to local demand spikes, and fine-tuning rates as booking pace changes. The goal is to maximize total revenue — not just occupancy — by charging the right rate at the right time, and making smart adjustments when the market shifts.

For Full-Service properties, we coordinate all routine and emergency repairs through our trusted local vendor network. You’ll always be kept informed. For Partner Program properties, we identify and notify you of issues promptly — you handle the resolution with your own vendors or ours.
What kind of damage protection do you offer? +
Every reservation is covered by damage protection through Safely, our third-party protection provider. This covers accidental guest damage and gives you peace of mind without requiring a large security deposit that deters bookings.
Can I switch from another management company? +
Absolutely. We’ll walk you through a smooth transition and make sure your property doesn’t lose momentum in the process. We handle the listing migration, calendar management, and onboarding so the handoff is seamless.
