We’ve been hosting for over ten years — and it started with our own home. What we discovered quickly is that we didn’t just want to rent a space. We wanted people to leave feeling like they’d experienced something.

Full-Service Management is a flat 20% of gross rental revenue, with no setup fees or hidden costs. We handle everything — professional photography and design, dynamic pricing, guest communication, cleaning coordination, and owner reporting. It’s true hands-off ownership: you own the asset, we run the operation.
The Partner Program is built for owners who want Wonderlodge’s systems, pricing intelligence, and guest communication — without giving up on-site involvement. For 13% plus $100/month, you get full access to our revenue management, listing optimization, direct booking website, and operational tools, while you or a local partner handle on-the-ground tasks. It’s a model most large management companies don’t offer, because it requires real trust and real systems — which is exactly what we’ve built.
It means we’re selective, hands-on, and personally invested in every property we manage. We don’t operate a high-volume portfolio where your home gets lost in the shuffle. Our founding team is involved in every property — from initial setup to ongoing guest experience. Boutique isn’t a marketing word for us. It’s a constraint we embrace on purpose.
Yes. Our co-founder Jen leads our Design Build program, which helps owners transform properties into high-performing short-term rentals from the ground up. Whether you’re starting with an empty house or an underperforming one, we can help with design direction, sourcing, staging, and photography — everything needed to position your property at the top of its market.
We’ve built proprietary AI tools in-house that go beyond what off-the-shelf software offers — including revenue gap analysis, dynamic pricing intelligence, and operational automation. We also use industry-leading platforms including OwnerRez for property management, PriceLabs for dynamic pricing, and Akia for guest communications. The result is a tech stack that runs like a large operator but feels like a boutique one.
Our Full-Service Management program requires an initial one-year commitment. We invest significantly upfront in photography, listing setup, pricing configuration, and design consultation — and that commitment protects both sides. The Partner Program offers more flexible terms for owners who want professional systems without the full-service setup investment.
Yes. Every property we manage gets a branded direct booking presence, reducing platform dependency and building a base of repeat guests who book directly. This means lower fees, more control, and a stronger long-term revenue profile for your property.
We’re selective by design. We look for properties with strong bones — good location, genuine character, and owners who care about the guest experience as much as we do.
